  Horrible quality merchandise that they portray as quality or mid-level quality. I bought a carpet they called middle level quality, and it is terribly matted after only a year and a half. I also bought the highest quality pad that could be purchased. I later found the same carpet they sold me on giant rolls in the back of Lowe's for a much lower price. Total scammers. Know your carpet numbers and info before buying such as twist level, density, and other factors, but I wouldn't be surprised if these guys are selling one thing and supplying your contractor with something else. Beware.
